Visit the Aseel website or app, choose your favorite product, and complete the checkout. You can buy immediately or add items to your cart for later.
After your order is placed, our Customer Team contacts the seller to prepare your items. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link.If you don't receive it, email [email protected] with your order number.
- In-stock orders: 7-10 business days.
- Out-of-stock or international orders: delivery time may vary by destination.
- Change address: Email [email protected] within 24-48 hours after placing your order. After shipping, changes aren't possible.
- Cancel order: Orders can only be canceled if the seller hasn't shipped them yet.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 10 days. Return the item, and we'll replace it.
